I took part in Jade's 1:1 marketing mentorship program which was highly valuable to me both professionally in my current role and personally in my long-term development. Jade really understands the challenges faced by sole marketers in demanding B2B roles. Her coaching was a lifeline to me and offered perspective changing insight on what my aims and focuses should be in my role. From my first session to Jade to my last, my perspective has totally shifted and I feel empowered and motivated with renewed energy to succeed in my current role and in my career. I worked with Jade for 7 years at FTSE 100 leading sustainable packaging supplier DS Smith. She joined my team, fairly new to Marketing, as a Marketing Assistant in the Recycling division. During her time with us she grew in her role almost on a daily basis - leaving us as a Marketing Manager and having deservingly bagged herself the Wales CIM Young Marketer of the Year Award.
