We have multiple sites with this company, 1 which is good, another not so good and the other in development which as another person mentioned below a 10year old could of done it. So we paid the deposit on the site no issue they said 10 days as we paid for fast track it took 4 weeks to get a simple proof of the site which was absolute garbage. They are now demanding the other half of the money even though we are thoroughly disappointed with the site and have now cut off all our others and refuse to re-instate even though hey have nothing to do with the one in development/apparently finished.

Following the recent upgrade of software by webfactory, I had a few problems with existing links. Lloyd answered all my chatbox questions, solved the few problems and provided me with some very useful information on how to display my site pdf's. Webfactories online chat has proved to be an invaluable source of information more than once.
